Amber Higgins, resource specialist at the Barbour County Development Authority, accepted the 2023 Barbour County Chamber of Commerce Directors Award during the recent annual banquet meeting at Alderson Broaddus University.
Higgins is the moderator and, according to the nominator, “the inspiration behind the group, which provides opportunities for new businesses in Barbour County to network with other businesses, offering a great opportunity for all businesses to take advantage of.”
The award was presented by Chamber President attorney Hunter Mullens.
