Matthew Ervin is a native of Morgantown, West Virginia, where he currently resides. He has been an Attorney at Mullens & Mullens, PLLC, since his admission into the West Virginia Bar Association in 2017. Matt graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, in 2013; received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from West Virginia University in 2015; and received his Law Degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2017, where he received the Bloom Scholarship to cover his full tuition.
During his years of employment with Mullens & Mullens, PLLC, Matt has focused his practice, and has had extensive experience, on Coal Mine Subsidence, Oil and Gas, Estates, and assisting Business clients.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and daughter, Magnolia, and their family and friends. Matt also is a huge sports fan and enjoys playing basketball.
